Single male, 34, with two available bedrooms for students. Bedrooms will include full-size bed, nightstand, desk, chair and television. Rooms have closets. Bathroom will be shared only with 2nd student if one is present. Monthly fee of $600 includes all utilities (heat, a/c, wi-fi, some streaming channels.) No meals are included however you will have access to fully equipped kitchen. Walk to East Point Marta station in five minutes or walk one minute to bus stop that can take you to train or Walmart. Townhome is in gated community. Garaged parking for one car for extra fee.
